— 01 How much will my renovation cost?

Renovation cost depends on scope, finishes, structural work, and the age of the home. We provide free in-home consultations and detailed line-item quotes — so you'll know exactly what you're paying for, with allowances clearly identified for finish selections still to be made.

— 02 Can I stay in my home during the renovation?

For most projects — bathrooms, basements, single rooms, kitchens (with workarounds) — yes. For whole-home gut renovations, most clients choose to relocate during the heaviest mechanical and demolition phases. We'll be honest about what's livable and what isn't before you commit.

— 03 Do you handle permits?

Yes. When permits are required (most kitchens, basements, and structural work), we pull them, schedule inspections, and handle all communication with the City of Edmonton or relevant municipality.

— 04 Can you work with my designer or architect?

Absolutely. We collaborate with interior designers, architects, and millwork specialists regularly. If you have plans already, bring them — we'll quote the build. If you don't, we can connect you with designers we've worked with for years.

— 05 What about change orders?

Change orders are a normal part of any renovation — but they shouldn't be a surprise. Every change is written, priced, and signed off before work happens. No verbal "yeah, just add that" deals that show up on the final invoice.

— 06 Do you provide a warranty?

Every BZM renovation comes with a written workmanship warranty. The duration and specific coverage are detailed in your contract. If something installed by us isn't right, we come back and make it right.
